A Cool And Inviting Pink Saturday in This Lovely Old Victorian Farmhouse

Greetings to a lovely Victorian Farmhouse on a cool, slightly rainy, yet cheery Pink Saturday! I noticed the pink hydrangeas in the corner of this living room photo and thought they would be a happy choice today. What do you think?

I do love older homes! They are often so much more spacious than newer homes. Would you believe – this living room is so big, it took another photo to capture MOST of it!

Thanks so much for popping in. Do have a lovely Pink Saturday.

P.S. I’m also joining in with Favorite Things from Across the Hall In Second Grade. Enjoy!

  1. I agree, the older homes were better built and had so many neat little extras. This is a very spacious area, but the pink comes through.

  3. Hi,

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today and leaving a comment! I really appreciate it. I’ve always loved historic homes because they have so much character. Many of them do, however, lack storage space in the kitchen and some don’t have adequate closet space. Boy can I relate to the pantry issue and having to store canned goods and grocery items elsewhere. We uded to store a lot of canned goods and some cold items in the mini kitchen in the basement until I said no more. We ended up buying things we already had so yes, I can definitely relate. Have a great weekend!
